While The Queers explore whole new areas of pop harmonies that were only hinted at on previous records (there's even a 60's style Farfisa organ on "Janelle, Janelle" and "Punk Rock Girls"), they definitely haven't said goodbye to their own style of bare bones, in your face punk rock, as evidenced by such cute little ditties as "I'm Okay, You're Fucked", and, "Brush Your Teeth." Don't Back Down features 17 songs, which range from butt-slamming classic punk rock to exquisitely beautiful pop.

Reedición de uno de los mejores discos de una de mis bandas preferidas (SW tb te banco a vos) de mi estilo preferido, en un año de mierda. Clasico de los Queers (sip, leelo como rarito, maricón, o como se te cante) con muchas canciones que se parten de buenas (con Punk Rock Girls ya se me chorrea la baba) y un excelente laburo de estudio de para relanzar el disco, mas un par de bonus y una versión de una de los hermanos Wilson.
