The Copyrights sound like the product of a first generation bastard child of the whole poppunk explosion that happened back in the early-mid 90's, but entirely unique. Alot of the true poppunk sound often falls into a cookie-cutter cut-n-paste format, but these four tunes have enough originality and individuality to keep you guessing. Combine that with a killer twin guitar assault, plenty of backing vocals in all the right places, a solid danceable back-beat, Danny Vapid's little brother on lead vocals and you've got yourself a recipe for a classic, top-notch punkrock record!.
